This 15-acre mixed use historic redevelopment will be the future of community building on the South West side of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The most unique project of its kind in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Factory Yards will become a place to live, along with a hub for entertainment, retail, culture, and culinary exploration—all coming together in the name of community and local economic growth.
As part of Grand Rapids’ $116 million riverfront revitalization project, a 12,000-capacity amphitheater has been announced which will serve as the anchor for a mixed-use development on 20 acres along the Grand River—a short walk from Factory Yards.
This will foster more connectivity in the area and will further serve to enhance the district we are helping to create.
